Ingredients

  • 300 g raspberries
  • 100 ml simple syrup or 100 ml pine bud syrup
  • Squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions

Place the raspberries in a blender, add the syrup and lemon juice and blend.

Pass the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve.

Notes

Serve with good ice cream, fromage frais cream or fruit salad.
